As a lifelong computer user, I’ve been behind a keyboard and mouse for quite some time. I’ve used a nice standing desk for a bit to help with my posture, but for the last year or so I’ve realized my left elbow was clicking more than usual and a dull pain was starting to form. I tried using THC ointments and pain relievers but they only numbed the pain temporarily. So while looking up what the issue could be, I stumbled upon this video for weightlifting stretches for the Ulnar Nerve.
I started doing these stretches and they worked almost immediately. Let me be clear that I’m not a weightlifter at all, as a programmer I spend a lot of time with my elbows at a 90 degree angle and it’s been nice to be able to extend my arm again without hearing a popping sound.
